Uses:  the greens are edible, the root is good raw grated in salad, cut the greens off but leave 50mm of stem, halve and roast them
Cooking tip:  don’t overcook the greens as you will lose a lot of nutrients.

Quick cooking tips:

  • Quick Steaming turnip greens for maximum nutrition and flavour. Cut greens into 1.25cm slices and let sit for at least 5 minutes to enhance it health-promoting benefits and steam for 5 minutes. Toss with a Mediterranean Dressing.
